John Cardinal f394aa6ee3 case 4754 - v7 licence email templates: forum lines removed ...

The forum is being retired. Removes "Technical support forum:
http://forum.ayanova.com" from the default V7NewKey and V7TemporaryTrial
templates (GlobalBizSettings.cs, used when a new database is created) and
from the unused copies in KeyFactory.cs. Production's stored templates
were edited the same way in Admin -> Global settings on 2026-10-30.
