John Cardinal 344106ae27 dev-raven.bat: client dev server starts in the ayanova folder ...

Since c2f2f922 the script opens raven-client's root in VS Code, and the
window running appdev.bat inherited that folder, so npm run serve could
not find package.json. Start that window in raven-client\ayanova.
