Service bank feature removed from front, back and e2e testing
mostly commented out in case need to add back again but in some places such as db schema it had to be removed entirely
so refer here if adding back in again

rename all variants of naming that hold an AyaType value to "aType" (parameter) / "AType" (not parameter) everywhere front and back; "ayType", "objectType", "oType" all are used in various areas

refinement to readonly mode: banner now gray and removed disabled for controls as they were too faded to read properly and some controls with action buttons didn't work (email, phone etc)
