format this as close as possible to the way it works for customer addresses in reports so techniques are same
Add HasPostalAddress, HasAddress or whatever it's called convenience helpers that are true when anything is entered into the combined address fields so not blank
or maybe just the one address field for starters
Yes, access to the registered company name would be good for report templates - I would expect to use this on PO orders for external vendors, and WO and Quotes that would be for customers
Sure, access to pre-entered company address, email, phone could be of use - advise IF you are going to OR not, so that it is known to me that report templates still need editing if you will be eventually providing.
ALSO note that as these (address, email, phone) would be manually entered by the end user, would have to include IF statements to check these fields, otherwise to show preset text if not there. As long as you are ok with this that the report template has to do more checking, then sure.
