c0f7eb98a1 case 4670 updated all packages, unit tests resign works all green, booted and generated v7 and v8 keys that were then consumed without error in the v8 and v7 test clients, everything license related seems ok at this point, will do more testing of other things updated

5a41260890 case 4670 confirmed keys generated for v7 and v8 are structurally same as before .net10 port, have yet to actually consume them in AyaNova, just comparing .net6 key and identically created .net10 keys and appear identical. Also confirmed mailkit sending notifications properly end to end after it was upgraded as well.
