Work orders

A work order contains information regarding service provided to your company.

Work orders display in a table which is ordered by default by the work order number with the most recent at the top and the oldest below.

Head office vs Customer

If you are a single "Customer" User you will see data in AyaNova for your own Customer account.

If you are a "Head office" User then you will see data for all Customers tied to your Head office in AyaNova.

You can sort by different columns, and/or filter to show only work orders that meet a certain criteria, refer to the data table guide for details on how to filter and sort this work order table.

The columns displayed here are showing data entered in the work order.

At the top of the work order table form is the header area.

Navigation button

At the far left is the "hamburger" button used to open the navigation drawer showing all the areas in AyaNova available to you and allowing you to switch to another area of AyaNova.

Location name

This display shows where you currently are in AyaNova.

Notification button

The Notification button is used to indicate whether there are any notifications available to be viewed and is also the button used to open the notifications form.

Menu button

This button opens the menu showing menu options for this form.

Work order form

The Work order form displays information from the work order.

Your service company may not have enabled all these features some of which are optional.

The work order form has the following fields and areas:

Number

This is the work order serial number that uniquely identifes this work order.

Customer

Your customer name or the name of the Customer that your Head office is responsible for.

Customer reference

Your reference number provided to your service company through the Customer service request or manually entered by the service person filling out the work order.

Contact

The name of the person who created the Customer service request or the name manually entered by the service person who created the work order if this work order was not created from a service request.

Invoice number

The invoice number if applicable, that was entered by your service company when billing this work order.

Service date

This is the overall service date entered on the work order.

WIKI

A wiki is an optional formatted document like a simplified web page that is contained within a work order and in some cases your service company may enable this feature if they have specific information they want to convey to you.

The wiki button will be bolded if there is a wiki document attached and clicking on it will open it for display.

Attached files

File attachments are an optional feature that your service company may turn on if they wish to provide you with files related to your service.

Clicking on the Attached files button will open the list of files available for download if there are any:

You can download the file listed by clicking on it's entry in the list displayed.

Menu options

There are three menu options available:

Help

Opens this help document.

About AyaNova

Displays the version and useful information required if there is any issue using AyaNova.

Report

This optional feature, if enabled by your service company, will open a work order report as a PDF file in your browser:

If you get a warning in your browser about pop-up's you will need to enable popups as directed by your browser for this site in order to be able to view work order reports.

From here you can print the .pdf file or save it depending upon the options available in your browser for .pdf files.
