scott: I was wondering if we could get an UPCOMING service event added to the generator… What we are looking for is the ability to day 1 to 7 days BEFORE a SERVICE DATE send the client a service reminder… we realize that we can do this when the status is changed to “Scheduled” BUT the issue we are finding is clients No tag match remove from UI when using this one so customers can't see tags
